When we work with individuals, we develop a unique structured and realistic program enabling you to reach your short term goals, the foundations to your long term goals. We will compassionately work with anything that hinders your development and review any short term goals when necessary to support your development and momentum.
At the first meeting we will establish which form of Personal Development is suitable for your presenting issues, personality and learning style. Personal Development is offered in two styles: coaching and therapy. It may be that one of these styles or a combination is most appropriate.
Skillful personal development is confirming, enabling, energising and essential to maintain our psychological and emotional health. We will teach you how to become your own personal development coach so you can continue this form of development when our work is finished. This is similar to going to a gym instructor for a course and continuing some form of exercise when your course has finished to maintain and develop your physical health.
